S.D. Kelly &Associates, founded in 1987, is a global consulting firm, which specializes in retained and exclusive search within the electronics and high technology industries. Search assignments are conducted in the areas of R&D, engineering, sales, marketing, and operations, including manufacturing, quality and test, with a focus on mid-level and executive management. The firm also provides selective consulting services including career coaching, outplacement and transition management; sales training and coaching; recruitment strategies and training; and market research and competitive analysis.

The firm is comprised of seven senior consultants as well as research and recruitment support staff. We operate on a national and international basis, with a track record of success in North America, Europe and Asia. Primary industries served include electronics, advanced materials, chemicals, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, factory automation/controls, test/measurement, medical devices, and manufacturing equipment.

Our clients include global leaders from the Fortune 50 list as well as emerging companies in the advanced technology sector.
