With dual degrees in Biology and Chemistry from Suffolk University (B.S., Summa cum Laude) and a Master’s degree from Harvard University, Susan D. Kelly has been providing retained search, career management and consulting services to the technology sector for over twenty-five years. She has worked extensively with professionals at the mid- and executive management levels in R&D, engineering, sales, marketing, and operations, as well as senior staff level engineers and scientists. Her breadth of industry experience in the technology sector includes electronics, biotechnology, advanced materials & chemicals, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, factory automation & controls, photonics, telecommunications, test & measurement, and global contract manufacturing services. The base of knowledge and extensive network of professional contacts on a national and international scope within the technology sector provides Ms. Kelly with the unique ability to initiate and maintain long standing business relationships with both clients and candidates throughout their careers.
