New Directions Search, Inc. is a values-centered, results-oriented, retained, executive search firm. Our mission is to identify and attract the best available candidates for all leadership roles, director level and up, for our client companies. Since 1980, we have been partnering with manufacturing companies in consumer products and industrial products and with service companies as their leadership consultants in the executive marketplace, helping them find tested leaders who have had a positive impact on their bottomline. Our average length of search is 79.4 days, with the majority of our searches falling in the 50 to 75 day range. We guarantee one year with our placements and have a 90% retainment rate of executives remaining in their positions at the end of the one year. Besides our commitment to personal attention and long term relationships, three things that I think separate us from other search firms are: 1. We never stop presenting candidates until the client company is either satisfied or they discontinue the search. 2.
