Mr. John Morton

biography

John was one of the founders of New Directions Search in 1980. Following his undergraduate studies at Indiana University, his career has been focused in the executive search business. He excels at building long lasting relationships and productive networking resources, the key to finding the very best talent available. As Chief Operating Officer, John is responsible for the development of all search strategies and the management of all client engagements. He was instrumental in driving the development of the Total Quality System at New Directions Search, including the implementation of continuous improvement teams. John's life goes well beyond the brick and mortar of the office complex. Married with three sons, he and his family are active in a variety of sports.
