    We're looking for a passionate, entrepreneurial person with exceptional marketing, business development skills to join our growing team as a BD Manager. In this role you will develop and drive partnership across different platform strengthen the understanding.     Responsibilities:
    Evaluate Partnership Opportunities
    • Identify and evaluate partnerships opportunities across corporates, education institutions, and other professional business groups
    • Define partner segments and partnership ecosystem
    • Define the partnership model for each prospective segment and opportunity
    • Work across the organization to understand and influence strategic priorities
    • Manage communication between LinkedIn and prospective partners
    • Drive visibility with the organization for business development activities
    Drive and execution
    • Develop and implement scalable and measurable programs focused on key clients
    • Plan and manage different channels and campaigns to drive results;
    • End-to-end management responsibility for business cooperation – executes and manages the business cooperation for marketing through multi-channels;
    • Identify process improvements and data infrastructure enhancements to support and scale campaign management efficiency and effectiveness;
    • Work with legal to draft agreements for partnerships and/or program
    • Structuring and Negotiating partnership agreements with prospective partners

    Desired Skills & Experience:
    • Has work experience in a Business or Corporate Development role
    • Strong internet and/or enterprise software and relevant deal experience
    • Understanding and passion for Digital Online, Social, Mobile and Publisher industry
    • Hands-on with detail execution and proven leadership in managing across different relationship
    • Poise under pressure and can succeed in a high speed, high pressure environment
    • Passionate about the business unit as well as the client
    • Creative problem solver and finds ways to overcome challenges
    • Demonstrated ability to perform in a start-up or small team environment
    • Self-starter with strong financial analysis, modeling and business skills
    • Bachelor’s degree above
    • Excellent Chinese and English in both writing and speaking
