biography

Tim is a Partner at ingeniam, shareholder of IIC Partners Executive Search Worldwide, and has started his professional career in Executive Search in 1991. Tim provides Board-, C- and Director-level as well as crucial Specialists' search services in a variety of functional areas to a diverse client base, ranging from Fortune 500 companies via family-owned midsized firms to small start-up businesses in Industrial and Technology as well as in Higher Education and Non-Profit. As an experienced Coach he enjoys to back up his clients in change processes. Tim has been elected to serve as the Group Leader of IIC Partners Industrial Practice, and is also active in IIC Partners' Technology and Higher Education Practice Group. Always interested in Strategic Learning and Leadership Education, Tim furthermore is a honorary Member of the Board of Directors of a foundation in the training sector.
