Mr. Viktor Yakovenko

biography

Viktor joined Amrop in 2006. He is a Head of Amrop KBS International office in Kyiv and a lead consultant on Ukrainian market. Earlier in his career, Viktor was developing the Ukrainian office of another European search & selection company.

Viktor has served a large number of clients in the FMCG and industrial sectors in Ukraine. The functional expertise covers searches of CEOs and Directors of Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing.

Viktor is a graduate from the Faculty of Psychology at Dnepropetrovsk National University (2000). He has also completed the “Trusted Adviser” program at IMD business school in 2012 & 2013

Apart from native Ukrainian he is fluent in English & Russian
