Stephen is the Talent Development Director of Cornerstone and Shanghai based. Most of our clients look at Stephen as an in-house Leadership Development consultant and coach. Due to his business experience, Stephen's talent development assignments range from helping C-Levels to middle managers.
Previous Experience
Stephen has over 25 years of practical experience in various industries including Banking and Finance, Information Technology, Retail and Consulting /Training.
Prior to joining Cornerstone in 2011 Stephen held positions with the Bank of East Asia, HSBC, BIS Banking Software, and Bakst Hong Kong. In the early 1990s, he started his own IT company with Venture Capital funding and established a worldwide presence in five countries by 2001. Over the years, he has managed and led professionals with various backgrounds and different cultures
