David Williger is the Managing Director of Alder Bowman, Inc. and a Partner of AIMS International. He collaborates with a team of highly successful, senior consultants dispersed across the United States and fellow AIMS International partners operating in over 50 countries.

David has a demonstrable record of success leading domestic and cross-border executive search and talent acquisition engagements. A partial client list includes Booze Allen Hamilton, J.P. Morgan, Community Health Systems , Franciscan Alliance, Ascension, Discover Financial Services & U.S. Cellular.

Before establishing Alder Bowman David was a Senior Consultant with global executive search and talent management firm, AIMS International , Vice President, Executive Search at JPMorgan, and a consultant within CPA firm, Crowe Horwath's Organizational Systems Management group

David is a member of The American College of Healthcare Executives, The Rural Health Association and the Healthcare Consultants Forum. He has presented to forums sponsored by the Society for Human Resource Management, The Research Roundtable and the Chicago Association of Minority Recruiters.

A graduate of Roosevelt University's esteemed Public Administration program David lives in the greater Chicago region with his wife and two sons.
