biography
Andreas started his professional career as an entrepreneur in 1984. Since 1989, after finishing his studies, he has been active in the Executive Search business. In his last position he spent 9 years working as Managing Partner at Heads! Executive Consultancy and was member of the Financial Services Practice. He joined Amrop Delta in January 2014. Andreas holds a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Marburg and completed a banking apprenticeship at the VBB, Frankfurt in Germany. Andreas Weik has a proven track in consulting that includes management audits and appraisals and has successfully completed various assignment projects for leading Investment Banks and Commercial Banks as well as Private Equity. He serves national and international clients in particular, and is fluent in German and English. Andreas is focused in the Financial Services and Real Estate sectors.
