Randy Webb is the co-founder and chief operating officer of 2148 Industries.

He served more than fourteen years in the United States Marine Corps. He met co-founder Ryan Ferreira in 2015 while both were Marine Corps recruiters, and the two started 2148 Industries in 2024.

He runs the firm's operations and its leadership development work, which sits alongside search because the two problems are rarely separate. A client that keeps having to replace the same seat usually has a development problem underneath the hiring one.
