Jenny Wang is an experienced search consultant who joined the industry in 1999. She has a proven track record and has successfully recruited over 100 senior level candidates for clients in the Healthcare, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Chemical, and Industrial industries across Asia. The majority of her clients are multinational organizations that have key operations in China, and Jenny is leveraging this experience to help up-and-coming local companies globalize successfully with the right talent mix. She has built a strong expertise in identifying talent that is successful in a global work environment and her clients depend on her sound business judgment. Jenny has held executive search positions with Amrop and another U.S. based global retained search firm. Additionally, she has worked for global market leaders like Emerson Electric and Mobil Oil in their respective marketing organizations. Jenny holds a Bachelor degree in Applied Chemistry from the Shanghai Jiaotong University.
