biography

Robin Walter-Bonnell, Founding Partner

Robin has been in the search business since 1988. She began her career with a contingency search firm and in less than two years became a top revenue producer. In 1990 she was recruited by a Retained Search Firm as Vice President and was charted to build a new business unit for them. Her group ended up bringing 75% of company revenues within a one year period. In 1992, she left to do it all again. She became a part of a firm that was completely contingency based and was instrumental in turning the company into an executive level, retained search only, firm. She became a Partner with the company in 1997. In the fall of 2000 Robin was "InSpired" to start her own firm using the expertise she has gained through her many years recruiting and her strong values and belief system. Robin is 100% client driven. She has an ability to build intimate relationships with clients that last for very long periods of time. Some have stayed with her as long as eight years. She has learned from some of the industry's leading talent evaluation experts and has developed the skills necessary to identify "A" caliber talent that will affect a client's bottom line almost immediately. She uses her personal commitment, high energy, and passion for the search industry to inspire, excite, and attract the very best talent out there. That is why clients stay with her.

Robin holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Michigan Technological University.

On a personal note, Robin and her husband, David, enjoy world travel, raising and training horses, sailing, wine tasting and a wide variety of adventurous outdoor activities. She is an active Board Member for the non-profit organization WOB (Women Owned Business) aimed at funding domestic violence shelters, family empowerment centers and community education.
