Ryan joined the Executive Search practice at Conroy Ross Partners in 2012. Originally a Commerce graduate from the University of Alberta, Ryan has spent the last ten years working for senior executives within the energy/utilities sector and the health care industry.

Ryan’s background includes working in roles focused on market research and analysis, business operations management, product design and development, corporate marketing, B2B account management and market development. His diverse experience has contributed towards developing a comprehensive understanding of how high performance organizations are built and a firm belief that human capital is a key competitive advantage in establishing a leading market position and organizational culture.
