biography
Susana Volnie is a Partner at Grupo Selección Corporativa where she has worked for 20 years, focusing especially on organizational design projects and in developing and implementing solutions and processes in the human resources area for public and private organizations of various sizes and sectors.
She has over 30 years work experience, the first six spent with Grupo Nacional Provincial and Banco BCH in various positions in the area of human resources. She spent the next eight years with Coopers & Lybrand (currently PriceWaterhouseCoopers).
Susana has a degree in Industrial Relations from the Universidad Iberoamericana (UIA) and a Master's degree in Administration from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM).
She is a graduate teacher in human resources related areas at Universidad Iberoamericana (UIA).
