Bennett began his recruiting career in 1989 with a local recruiting company as a direct hire recruiter for an agency in South Florida specializing in many areas of employment on a National basis working a full desk until 1993. Afterwards, Bennett was instrumental in the developement one of the nations's most successful staffing agencies know as The Bentley Group. During the years and changing times and through many different industry changes has remained a mainstay in the recruiting industry.

Bennett has remained to be one of the nation's most reliable sources for employment and now has expanded further into many other areas.
