Psychologist Consultant
Gladys Vaucher, 26, achieved an university course in psychology. She first graduated a license in psychology in 2009 at the University Paul Verlaine of Metz, then passed a master's degree in Human Resources management and organizations at the IAE of Nancy. She completed her curriculum with a Master's Degree in Occupational Psychology in the university of Metz-Nancy.
As a practice during her course, she conducted a variety of projects such as for instance the implementation of psychosocial risks identification procedures in industry firms. She put into practice her learning through three internships, including a 5 months period in Moreno Consulting.
During her first internships, Miss Vaucher supported a guidance counselor psychologist in a CIO (Orientation and Consulting Center for college kids). She worked on the analysis of the orientation of students. In 2010, she has been trainee in Human Resources at Valeo Systems Thermiques, in the business unit of Reims, thus putting into practice HR principals. In 2011, she integrated Moreno Consulting as a trainee, and then was hired in August 2011.
Filling a position of psychologist consultant within the company, she takes charge of skills assessments, psychometric and personality tests and runs selection interviews with candidates. She also takes part in the training of interns within the organization.
As a consultant trained by the company, she also operates with some of Moreno Consulting's major clients in the Energy and Transportation Industry.
