biography

Gautier Vasseur is a Partner and Head of CIS and Greater China with Pedersen & Partners. Mr. Vasseur has been with the firm since 2003 and has been based in Prague, Almaty, Moscow and now Shanghai. Mr. Vasseur has successfully completed over 300 recruitments of Senior, Board and Supervisory Board level assignments across all sectors in CEE, CIS and China. Before working in the executive search industry, Mr. Vasseur implemented direct operations for Peugeot and later Renault Trucks in Central Europe. Mr. Vasseur holds an MBA from Chambery Graduate Business School in France; he also graduated with a specialized Master's Degree in Intercultural Management.

In addition to his native French, he speaks fluent English and German and is able to communicate in Russian.
