Ariel is Managing Director of Prolaurum Argentina.

Before Prolaurum, Ariel was Vice President and Partner of Korn Ferry International, where he specialized in practices such as Financial, Professional, Healthcare & Industrial Services as well as Manufacture. His top-level executives recruiting experience includes General Management, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations and Human Resources.

Prior to the executive search consulting business, Ariel worked at Arthur Andersen for eleven years (Today Ernst & Young), where he reached the position of Senior Manager, acquiring sound experience in consulting, audit and management advising to major international and local companies.

Ariel has a Certified Public Accountant degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires, and Masters’ degrees in International Business and in International Economy obtained in Buenos Aires at Universidad de Belgrano in conjunction with L’Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees of France.

He speaks Spanish and English.
