biography
Cathy has spent the past 25 years building and running recruitment businesses to address the demands of high technology industries.
In 1982, she established Cathy Tracey & Associates Ltd (CTA), which had Executive Search as its central service platform. This successful business was sold to ComputerPeople in 1995.
In 1998, Cathy established The Silverdene Group to specialise in Executive Search within the Information Technology, Communications and Services industries.
In May 2001,The Alexander Mann Group made a strategic investment in Silverdene, having identified many synergies between the companies and a shared vision to offer the best possible service to clients.
