biography

A West Point graduate, Mike began his healthcare career at Geisinger Medical Center after 11 years of active duty in the Army. His 15 years of executive search experience began at another prominent national firm where he developed and grew both the physician and executive search divisions. Before that company was sold in 1998, Mike led the Sales and Marketing Division responsible for selling over 600 search assignments annually, primarily to the Group Practice market. Mike has performed numerous Executive and Physician searches and is a recognized leader in Physician Group Practice circles. His abilities as a speaker and writer enable him to publish in prestigious healthcare publications and speak for national meetings including the Medical Group Practice Association, and the American College of Physician Executives (ACPE). Mike received his B.S. from West Point, his M.A. from Duke University, and his M.B.A. from Long Island University.
