Founder of Sai People Solutions, Inc.. An outstanding technology professional with more than 20 years of sales and management experience in the IT realm, with in-depth knowledge of the technology resources market. His extensive and varied technical background as a successful project lead resulted in the formation of Sai, in 1984. With a high level of management skills Siva continues to lead the company in its thrust towards excellence. His integrity, competence and entrepreneurial spirit, have been largely responsible for the dramatic growth and continuing success of the company, and he demands nothing less from his employees. As a testimony to the quality of leadership he brings to the table, Sai was a five time winner of Houston 100 and Inc. 500. In 1997, Siva was the Regional winner of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
