Sharon is a seasoned search professional specializing in top-tier assignments for the FMCG, hospitality, services, media and consumer banking sectors. She previously worked for Sanford Rose Associates, a US-based search firm operating in Singapore, as a consultant and then as Director for its consumer practice, where she was responsible for managing key client accounts, providing market intelligence and insight, and building a vast network of partnerships with companies key decision-makers. Prior to that, she started her career in executive search at Morgan & Banks.
At M & B, she specialized in recruiting sales, marketing and business development professionals -- Sharon being a veteran herself in these fields, having worked in publishing and convention business earlier in her career. Aside from search, she is well-versed in a variety of HR and recruitment techniques, such as conducting competency-based interviews and managing large selection projects.
