With more than 17 years of retained executive search experience, Chris identifies leaders that provide measurable results, build strong teams, and are deeply connected to the organisation's values. His passion for listening and working with others helps companies find the best solution for their executive hiring needs.

Chris has developed expertise in the areas of architecture, engineering and construction, electric power and systems integration, as well as the emerging areas of green build and environmental sustainability. Chris received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Drake University and was a Naval Flight Officer for six years before embarking on his career in executive search.
