Mr. Dale E Statson

biography

Dale E. Statson was born in upstate New York. He graduated from CBA Military Academy, and received his B.A. in Psychology from New York State University at Plattsburgh in 1969. Since this time he has been well trained, and has attended numerous sales, management, human resource, personnel, recruitment and motivation seminars.

His professional career began in 1969 when he joined Monroe, a division of Litton Industries, as a Sales Representative in Albany, NY. He quickly broke many sales records, and in 1971 he was ranked #7 nationally (out of 1300 sales representatives). He was promoted to Sales Trainer and Sales Manager in 1972. The following year he was transferred to Elmira, NY as the youngest Branch Manager in the company. Based on outstanding sales performance, he was promoted to Branch Manager of Rochester, NY. He was responsible for total profit and loss, and won numerous distinguished sales and management awards during his tenure.

In 1976 Mr. Statson began his career in the professional recruiting industry, specializing in the medical field. He moved to Birmingham, MI and was employed by a national personnel agency focusing on sales and management placements. In 1977 he founded Sales Executives, Inc. in Troy, MI and always maintained the philosophy of a confidential search, and has been dedicated to one goal of achieving "excellence in recruiting", and being the best in the industry.

He currently is President of Sales Executives, Inc., which is a search firm that specializes in recruiting nationally for Sales, Marketing and Sales Management talent. Over the last 10 years his corporation has dramatically grown, and has recently shown over 300% growth! The company is a five time recipient of the "Office of the Year" award from the Michigan Association of Personnel Services (M.A.P.S.) as being the #1 office in the State. Mr. Statson was recognized by his peers as being Manager of the Year many times. He has been an active and influential member in M.A.P.S., and has directed many of their training seminars. He is well recognized for his strong work ethics, sincerity, and outstanding dedication to being the best in the business! He has written articles on "Executive Recruiting", and has been a guest speaker at many regional and national corporate sales meetings. It should be noted that Sales Executives, Inc. has also been a member of the National Association of Personnel Services (N.A.P.S.) for many years.

Mr. Statson was born in 1947, is married and has two grown children. He has a true love of the outdoors, enjoying fly fishing, hunting, and competitive clay target shooting. He currently resides in the country, in Davison, Michigan.
