Mr. Robert B Srolis

biography

Mr. Srolis brings a broad range of marketing and management skills to Navigator Resources. His track record of successfully managing several high growth company accounts includes P&L responsibility and leadership experience in operations, finance, marketing, business development and corporate strategy. Mr. Srolis serves as President/CEO of Navigator Resources, an executive search and career management consulting firm. Mr. Srolis assists companies in building and developing their sales forces across multiple industries and has developed profiles of sales professionals that have allowed organizations to increase their retention of their key talent. Previously he served as sales and marketing principle of Raymond Karsan Associates, a multi-service human resources consulting firm with over 570 employees and 20 satellite offices, both national and international. Mr. Srolis spearheaded RKA’s focus in developing a sales/recruiting practice to help companies acquire, develop, engage and retain their employees. Srolis’ practice grew annually between 1990-1998 at the rate of 25-40% with profits of 18-26%. Srolis was a member of the Board of Directors from 1995-1997 and served on the Executive Committee from 1993-1998, responsible for the marketing efforts of the organization. He was also the top sales and revenue producer from 1986-1997, as well as, rated, by his employees, the number one manager in the organization.

Mr. Srolis is a member of the Direct Selling Association and Society of Human Resource Management Professionals. Mr. Srolis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Temple University, Philadelphia, PA.
