Compiled an 'ideal candidate' profile from board of director stakeholders inputs on culture, behavior, skill sets, and requirements. Conducted a search collecting 94+ applicants, screening the list to 30 candidates; phone screen and behaviorally test candidates, and prepared a top 10 panel, plus alternates. Proctored panel interviews, prepared questions, homework assignments, and scoring for the panel. Helped guide the board through a catalog of information collected on each candidate, wherein finalists were determined; finalist interviews conducted; background assessments completed; and finalist placed.
