With over a decade of experience in the HR and Recruitment fields, Heidi is a proven search specialist. Heidi has excelled in the sales and marketing, engineering, manufacturing, agriculture, financial, aerospace, mining, and not for profit sectors. She has worked with small, medium and large locally owned businesses as well as large international corporations. Heidi joins the Harris Consulting team as a Senior Principal in early 2013.

Heidi brings a solid work ethic and an entrepreneurial mindset to her work. Having consistently been a top-performer, she successfully launched an Office Personnel and an Accounting Desk while with a previous organization. She transitioned to Management and Executive Recruitment several years ago and genuinely relishes the challenge of taking candidate careers to the next level. Heidi's industry experience has enabled her to develop an understanding of organizational growth, successful on-boarding processes, career management, and succession planning strategies. Heidi endeavours to personally meet all clients and candidates to ensure an accurate understanding of expectations, which leads to successful long-term relationships. Heidi enjoys the challenge of locating hard-to-find talent at both the Senior Management and Executive Level.

A graduate from the University of Manitoba's I. H. Asper School of Business, Heidi has volunteered for the Run for the Cure and the Young Associates. When not working, Heidi is happiest when spending time with her husband and beautiful daughter.
