Michael (Mike) Smith is President / CEO of Career 1 Source & Ag 1 Source. Mike has a B.S. from Kansas State University and has over 30 years of experience in sales and management. Mike is the co-founding partner in Ag 1 Source, an agricultural focused recruiting business and later created Career 1 Source to focus on the insurance, financial services, and private equity markets. The development of Ag 1 Source & Career 1 Source was centered around the key and guiding principles of leading by example with integrity. The brands of Ag 1 Source and Career 1 Source are owned by the same parent company, Integra Partners, Inc. and have been in business since 2002 with nationwide exposure.
