biography
Monica Simpson came to Conroy Ross Partners in 2000. She joined the firm as the Database Administration Manager and served as the lead Project Manager in creating the firm's proprietary recruitment software. She has been instrumental in developing best practices in research within the Executive Search practice. In 2008, she took on lead responsibility for the development of training programs, tools and other support for Conroy Ross Partners employees. Monica has successfully recruited for many roles at the executive/managerial and senior technical levels, and has built a number of leadership teams for clients in industries such as technology, alternative and renewable energy, oil and gas, not-for-profit, education and the public sector. She believes executive search is about establishing relationships with candidates and clients, and that this is the key to finding the right talent and cultural fit to support our clients’ success. Monica holds Board and Committee Chair positions with Making Changes, a non-profit organization that assists immigrant women to establish more meaningful lives in their new society through career planning, information sharing, networking, job search skills and assertiveness training.
