Dana C Sehnert joins Analog Solutions as an Executive Recruiter focusing on Digital Design Engineers and Engineering Positions. This addition helps bring a full-time focus to those disciplines, which will enhance our ability to provide full services to our clients.
Prior to joining Analog Solutions he spent 12+ years in Minneapolis, Minnesota leading one of the areas top Digital HW Design/Real-Time Embedded SW Design Engineering Recruiting Firms.
Having built his reputation through detailed communication with both Hiring Authorities and Candidates, his ability to understand Company Opportunities and Candidate Ideals beyond the fundamental Technical Requirements/Skill Set, facilitates stronger relationships, a more productive interviewing process and greater retention.
Currently at Analog Solutions Dana is responsible for recruiting and building Digital Design Engineering teams for emerging start-ups and Fortune 500 clients.
