biography
Tuomas has 14 years of leadership experience in international business. He is back in the recruitment business after 15 years. Tuomas planned and executed wide changes in sales and service production organizations in challenging competitive situations working for TeliaSonera Finland. His job included large scale organisational change planning and implementation. He also worked as managing director Visma Software Finland for two years leading the company successfully through the economic crisis. Tuomas has eight years of experience in retail business and banking. He has a Masters degree in business administration and has since then also studied at Harvard and Stanford.
