Born in 1981, Jacinthe Schwendimann graduated from the University of Metz in Psychology in 2005.

Having decided early on to work in the field of applied psychology within organization, she chose to conduct various internships in human resources related to occupational psychology. After a specific training course in skill assessment, she conducted her master's degree thesis on : " The perceived legitimacy of recruitment methods among job seekers", being associated with Pole Emploi (French administration dedicated to unemployment).

As a graduation project, she created a career management tool for reserve officers, in association with the RTNE (detachment of French army in the North-East of France). As a result, she was then hired to work as a consultant for career changes sessions with young soldiers set to rejoin civilian life (in association with the French Ministry of Defense).

In 2006, she joined Moreno Consulting. Trained at the headquarter in Reims by the founder of the company Guy Moreno, she acquired the knowledge of the tools and methods used in the firm.
