• Recently hired by the President of MBI IT Services on behalf of Elections Ontario “EO” & Compucom Canada to evaluate current team members, propose & prepare a Recruitment Strategy, build the recruitment team, train/lead/coached the team members with a mandate of hiring 210 IT support technicians across Ontario + 10 Project Managers + 30 call centre reps including 10 bilinguals for EO’s first ever use of technology at the polls (TiPS Project) for Ontario’s provincial election held on June 7th, 2018. The project was a success and I completed it on time and on budget
