Larry Ross joined Amrop Knightsbridge as a Partner after 19 years with Ray & Berndtson. Larry has led over 400 search assignments, including the recruitment of CEOs, Presidents, and functional leaders across a broad spectrum of organizations. Throughout his career in search, Larry has also developed an expertise in recruiting CFOs and in building high performance finance teams for private and public organizations. His deep knowledge of technology & communications, business and professional services, manufacturing & distribution, clean-tech, and outsourcing sectors, along with his experience partnering with organizations ranging from start-ups to large multinationals, gives Larry solid expertise in serving the human capital needs of a wide range of loyal clients. Larry holds an honours undergraduate degree in business administration and an MBA from The University of Western Ontario’s School of Business. He and his wife Kathy live in North Toronto and are the proud parents of four highly active children.
