Vânia is an Associate & Partner at Fesa responsible for conducting executive search projects in the Industrial and Infrastructure practices. Due to Fesa’s association with IIC Partners, she also conducts consulting projects in more than 60 business centers throughout the world. She started her career in Executive Search at Fesa in 2010 in the Marketing & Branding sector, conducting branding projects, media relationship, sector analysis and developing outlook reports of the market. Since 2013, she conducts projects for the Industrial and Infrastructure sectors as a generalist, managing projects of executive search. Prior joining Fesa, Vânia worked for six years with branding projects, incentive campaigns and corporate events, developing markets studies, media planning and strategic actions to strengthen corporate brands and retain clients. Vânia holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Faculdade Cásper Líbero, a post graduation degree in Marketing from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, a specialization in Leadership from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and another in Branding from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM). She is native speaker of Portuguese and fluent in English.
