Ms. Lillian Rollins

biography

Lillian Rollins has an interdisciplinary background in business, marketing, design and human resources. She grew up in Northern Virginia and earned her Bachelor’s from Arizona State University before moving back to Washington, DC to work as an Event Planner and Program Manager. She has received her MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management where she specialized in International Marketing and Human Resources with a focus on the global context and cultural implications of international businesses. Lillian has also studied and worked in London, Prague and Paris where she currently lives. Her passion for talent management and her international business acumen position her perfectly as a Business Development Manager for COI.
