Extraordinary people, exceptional diligence and an enthusiasm for the community is what attracted Darcie Roach to Conroy Ross Partners. With over 10 years of professional recruitment experience, Darcie has held a variety of increasingly progressive positions within an international, Fortune 500 recruitment firm. Due to her hands-on, personalized approach to recruitment, Darcie has received many accolades and awards over the years, including multiple “All Star” achievement awards, and has been acknowledged internationally as a top performer on several occasions. Recognizing that every single person has infinite potential, Darcie is committed to partnering with individuals and supporting their success by aligning their personal and professional goals with like-minded organizations. Her recruitment focus extends beyond 9 am to 5 pm; in her spare time Darcie volunteers with the Board of Directors YWCA Edmonton, where she has chaired the Nominating Committee and has participated on the Human Resources Committee. She is also a Team Captain for Team MS. As Team Captain, Darcie has received both fundraising and participation awards on behalf of her team. Darcie holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree Majoring in Finance, and a Human Resource Certificate graduating with Distinction, both from the University of Alberta. Currently, Darcie is pursuing her Certified Human Resources Professional Designation (CHRP) through the Human Resources Institute of Alberta.
