biography
Damian holds a first class Masters in Business Strategy and BSc. in Management from Trinity College, Dublin. He began his career with the Smurfit Group graduate programme in the Netherlands where he became Head of Quality Assurance. Damian has extensive experience in the provision of management consultancy services to clients. He has previously held senior positions with Ernst & Young (Executive Consultant) in London, Prospectus Strategy Consultants (Director) and BearingPoint (Managing Director) in Dublin. He has delivered major strategic change with blue chip clients covering all major sectors. In particular, his major competencies include strategy, managing change, M&A integration and organisational development. More recently Damian served as the first CEO of one of Ireland's accountancy bodies. He has served on a number of Boards and is currently a Non-Executive Director of a successful services firm.
