Steven Reed is the Vice President of Operations at Townsend & Associates where he provides direction and guidance for the operational activities of the organization. In addition to overseeing and managing high-level company functions, he also takes a day-to-day leadership role with the objective of maximizing growth and profitability for the company.
Steven graduated from Montclair State University with a Bachelors of Science degree that enabled him to build a successful career as a consultant, manager and executive. Currently he enjoys the "triple win" scenario that his position with Townsend & Associates affords: (1) helping clients find qualified team members, (2) helping job seekers find employment and (3) helping to expand the customer base and profitability of his own organization.
