Haydn's previous experience in the cut and thrust world of Advertising has held him in good stead for the 7 years he has been in recruitment. Working for one of the largest independent IT Contracts agency in the UK, Haydn was instrumental in setting up their new City of London office. In August 2000, he decided to go it alone and set up an agency based on good business practise, quality of service, ethics and transparent client/candidate negotiation.
