Catherine Rambourdin is involved in all areas of the Management Resources Consultancy Department where she is responsible for assessments, management audits and coaching assignments. Past professional experience Catherine Rambourdin spent most of her career working within Human Resources, specializing particularly in competency and skills projects. She started working for Singer Danton & Hamilton as a consultant, and then took responsibility for recruitment for an industrial company before joining Andersen Business Consulting (now Bearing Point) as Recruiting Director and Head of International Mobility. Education Catherine Rambourdin is a graduate of ESSEC Executive Education, a certified NLP Practitioner from Repère Institute, a certified MBTI Practitioner from Osiris, and has a completed training course in coaching with Mosaic International.
