biography
Graduated in Statistics and Demography, with a specialization in Operations Research, from the
University of Rome.
After gaining a valuable specialist knowledge in Operations Research and Statistics, he developed a
solid experience in Human Resources, to the position of Director of HR, Organisation and Quality.
His path was subsequently consolidated into corporate roles as General Manager in companies
involved in airport management.
In terms of consultancy he has developed and consolidated skills in Organizational Analysis, BPR
and Change Management, working for many years within TESI (a company specialized in the
sector), arriving in Cornerstone Italy in early 2011, where he has the responsibility for the division Organisation and Processes
