Endah is the Senior HR Consultant of PT. Potentia HR Consulting and has over 12 years of experience with Headhunting and Executive Search for Multinational and local clients including : Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas, Logistic & Distribution, Banking and Financial Institution, Telecommunication, Retail, Manufacturing and Industrial.
Prior to joining Potentia, Endah worked with the following companies :
Bo Le Associate a Hong Kong base Executive Search Consulting, as an Executive Search Consultant
RDP Associate as a Marketing Research Consultant
Social Research Professional for inter university projects between the University of Indonesia, the Groningen University - the Netherlands, and de La Salle University -the Philippines; and other big projects for Local and International Government Institution.
Endah has a Bachelors Degree from the University of Indonesia, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences with major in Sociology, and a Master degree in Organization and Industrial Psychology from University of Indonesia.
After graduation, she continues to be active in campus and academic activities as Lecturer in the Sociology Department, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences University Indonesia and at Department of Public Relations - Inter Study School of Public Relations. Also as an Academic Research Team Member at Laboratory of Sociology and Inter University Center Social Sciences, University of Indonesia.
