He has over seven years of experience in various areas of management consulting and business continuity, processes and procedures improvement, strategic planning and human capital development. He is currently focused on the implementation of programs of Organizational Culture and Human Capital Development.
He has experience in various industries such as finance, pharmaceutical, education, manufacturing, automotive, manufacturing, consumer products, information technology and telecommunications.
He has a certification as a consultant for the "Cultural Orientations Approach" by Training Management Corporation / Company Berlitz.
He holds a BA in Mechanical Engineering from Tec de Monterrey and a Global MBA from Thunderbird Graduate School of Global Management.
