Andreas Philippitsch has been working as Partner/Head of Leadership Services with Amrop Jenewein since 2012. He startet his career in 1997 with Ernst & Young Consulting, in 2000 he became HR Director at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, later Capgemini Consulting. Before setting up his own HR consulting business in 2009, he was responsible for Human Resources at First Data International for the Central and Eastern European Region. Andreas Philippitsch is specialized in leadership effectiveness & development and strategic HR consultancy services. He is focused on custom made competency evaluations of executives and leadership teams as well as feedback driven implementation of conrete actions. Andreas Philippitsch speaks German and is fluent in English. He holds a degree of the Vienna University of Economics and Business. Moreover, he is a certified Executive Coach.
