Jack Penaligon is a Partner with Amrop Knightsbridge, where he focuses on executive-level searches in healthcare and the broader public sectors. Prior to joining Amrop Knightsbridge, Jack was a Search Practice Leader at Korn/Ferry International. Earlier in his career, Jack was a senior Health care executive, including a Hospital President and CEO. Jack is a senior search executive with a proven track record, and has successfully developed governance frameworks and leadership teams for many clients. He is a dedicated search consultant, who combines a sense of urgency with creative solutions to recruitment challenges. Jack understands the changing environment affecting Canada’s healthcare and broader public sectors. Jack volunteers on several Boards and guest lectures at two Canadian universities. He has a post graduate degree in health administration and a B.A. (psychology) from the University of Toronto. Jack holds a C.H.E. designation from the Canadian College of Health Service Executives.
