Mr. Trevor Pearson

biography

With 18 years experience in the executive search and recruitment industry, Trevor Pearson, Principal Business Consultant at Boyden Middle East, is a seasoned professional who has undertaken more than 100 search assignments.

Trevor’s role at Boyden is primarily focused on establishing client relationships within local and multi-national firms throughout the Middle East, including Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and the UAE. This includes responsibilities as the project director on high level executive search assignments for companies already established in the region and international groups seeking to establish a presence in the area.

Prior to joining Boyden, Trevor spent 16 years (seven years as Operations Director) with Human Resource Group (HRG), one of the UK’s largest independent recruitment consultancies. While at HRG, Trevor developed an extensive knowledge of industries including fast moving consumer goods, telecommunications, oil & gas, banking & finance and human resources.

Trevor began his career with the HFC Bank as Assistant Manager where his main duties involved the development and implementation of mortgage and personal financial policies.

A graduate of the Archbishop’s School, Canterbury, England, Trevor is a keen sportsman, playing badminton, squash, tennis and golf, and when time allows loves to spend time travelling and exploring the Middle East.

Trevor is married and has two children.
