Dr. Jürgen Paulus is an Amrop Panelli Motta Cabrera Partner in Brazil. Prior to his tenure at Amrop Panelli Motta Cabrera, Dr. Paulus was a Partner at Heidrick & Struggles, and a Principal at Booz & Company for the global industrial practice in Latin America & Europe. He worked as Director of Operations for a leading plastics company in Brazil and as Controller for Reckitt Benckiser Europe. He began his career as a Saxophone Player at the Hyatt Hotel Group in Alabama/USA. Dr. Paulus has a Ph.D. from the University of St. Gallen, a MBA and Master in Philosophy from the University of Mannheim. Since 1997 Professor of Global Business & Executive Transformation at the University of Lima UNMSM. Moreover he lectures as Professor at Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC) in the executive program BRICs on BRICs, the Advanced Management Program FDC & INSEAD and the global CHINESE CEO program of CHEUNG KONG GSB with IMD and London Business School.
