At Amrop India, Mayank is a Partner in the Board Effectiveness and Leadership Consulting Practice. Prior to joining Amrop, Mayank progressed, in his management consulting career, through a series of professional and senior management positions over 15 years with firms such as Aon Hewitt, Mercer, Reliance Big Entertainment and The Hay Group in India. He last served as the Director for India & SAARC at The Hay Group, where he was pivotal to growing & stabilizing the business in India. Mayank brings deep experience in advising Indian Promoter driven Business Families in areas such as organization performance, leadership strategy, cost reduction and large scale transformation. His areas of expertise include organizational diagnostics, leadership effectiveness and professionalization of businesses. In addition, Mayank is sought as a trusted advisor by CEO’s and Members of Management Committees on their strategic talent management challenges Mayank has worked across industry segments such as Cement, Fertilizer, Steel, Financial Services and Manufacturing amongst others His project work has spanned across countries such as USA, UK, Portugal, Mexico, Thailand, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh & Dubai He holds a Masters degree in Business Management and a Diploma in Advertising from Symbiosis University, Pune and a Bachelors degree in Economics from Delhi University.
